M had a Valentine's party at her preschool last month. She started making valentines for her friends weeks ahead of time, tracing heart-shaped cookie cutters on white paper, cutting them out, and decorating them with stickers, glitter, markers or paint. Needless to say, she was very excited about this party. The kids had fun playing a version of "hot potato" using M's Valentine puppy gift from Nana.
